One of the few career coaches with a company devoted to the unique career needs of today's women, Nancy gained national recognition through her advice columns as the “Career Transitions Expert” and “Jobs and Moms Pro” for Oprah Winfrey’s Oxygen Media network.  Today, she continues to spread encouraging news about flexible career options through her 1-to-1 coaching services, website and bi-monthly newsletter that is distributed to over 5000 women nationwide.  She is the author of several career related e-books, including the highly acclaimed books, The Back-to-Work Toolkit: A Guide for Comeback Moms and The Layoff Survival Guide: Practical Strategies for Managing the Transition from Pink-Slip to Paycheck.

Nancy holds a M.S. in Career Development from the College of New Rochelle and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina/Chapel Hill. Prior to establishing her private practice, she was the co-owner of an employment agency and worked as the Director of Human Resources for Air Express International Corporation and as the Assistant Director of HR for Saks Fifth Avenue. Nancy resides outside of Manhattan, in Old Greenwich, CT, with her husband and two beautiful daughters.
